Tasting to check for fake

Anyone here who has used gear probably knows what tastes like what. At least I do. Out of curiosity I've tasted everything I've injected into my body. That inlcudes three kinds (and a few brands of each) of test, eq and HCG.

Anyway, I'm wondering what folks here think about using taste as a check for fakes.

For example, if you were in a foreign pharmacy shopping you could buy a vial of sust, crack it open and take a taste. If its good go ahead and load up.

no...........you taste the oil and solvent, not the horomone. Trust me I home brew a shitload.

honestly this isnt a very accurate way to test gear.

Thats the worst way ever...you would taste oil and shit.
