i talked to a pro bodybuilder today about what he uses for liver & kidney protection. to my suprise all he said was alot of water,detox tea,sulgar multi vitamins & turkey hill diet green tea. i asked him about ala,selenium,nac,milk thistle,cranberry,vit c,e & glutamine. he says he used glutamine but didn't know that it also helps the liver. he had no idea what ala was all about. i tried to explain to him the benefits of these other vitamins i metioned & he more & less laughed. he says most pros take the same things he told me. if they want to experiment with something new then let them. what i got from this talk with this guy is either he's really stupid or maybe i overdose on these vitamins. i rather be safe then sorry though. just thought i would share.
