My tailbone has been hurting for the past, ohh ... I'd say 4 days, at least. Problem is: I have no idea what the hell I did. It's not something I need to see a doctor about. More of a constant nuisance. Getting into my car, accidentally sitting quickly at the wrong angle, that kind of thing, just sends a very uncomfortable pain through it.
Any ideas as to how I can help it recover ... ?
By the by, I'm posting this here because it may be training related. But I seriously can't think of anything I had done recently to have brought it on.
