T3 question for anyone who has used it??

No shit! I'm the same way. I am scared to run a bulking cycle because I did a M1T + 4AD cycle and gained 12 lbs of muscle in two weeks. Not water, muscle. And I was running it with clen+T3 because someone told me I could cut with those drugs. LOL

If you see Ronnie Coleman's videos he doesn't eat that much for his size. Especially in his more recent video. It's all genetics (and I want to say black genetics because I haven't heard of any other race developing muscularly like this.)

Off season Ronnie eats over 10,000 cals a day.
 
just the thoght of something eating away my lbm didnt agree with me. did t4 (synthroid) for a lil bit... switched to clen.

p.s omg that ass is just amazing....(silence....) lol

Really? Where can I find his diet?

When he was eating in "The Cost of Redemption" he ate like 4 meals a day and they weren't large. He was training for the 2003 Olympia in this video.

The meals were:
Meal 1: Grits+cheese+eggs
Meal 2+3: Chicken+Corn+Beans+Cornbread
Meal 4: Steak+Baked Potato+French Fries

That's all.
 
3000+ calories! wow..thats alot, im in the same situation im only hitting about 2000 a day and trying to keep my fat grams to 15 a day...im at 20% BF and im trying to get down to 13-14% on clen right now (2nd wk) will be running the T3 at the end of the cycle. protein intake is over 250g a day so far..i maintain the fat a little above 15g but not much....THAT SHIT IS HARD! :worried:

Who in the world told you that you should be eating 15 grams of fat a day? Anythign less than 25% of your calories coming from fat is catabolic to muscle tissue, makes losing bodyfat more difficult and is unhealthy.

your telling me!!! i just started doing that today because i was adviced that i should keep my fat down to 15g a day, being that im 20% BF currently im intaking 3.75% of fat, 24.52% of carbs, 71.73% of protein w/$1622 calories a day...i was eating alot more, but like i said i was recommended dropping my fat grams down it think i was hitting somewhere in the range of 30-40g of fat a day

Wow... one time when I was cutting, I was running 50 mg of tren ed, 50 mg winstrol ed, 400 mg of test enathate a week (that is over a gram of gear a week so pretty agressive), .5 mg a-dex ed and 50 mcg of t3 every day, and had to up my cals to 5500 when I got on the t3 just do to constant sweating and hunger. I was losing 4 lbs a week on 5500 cals.

How does a guy your size get by on 3000 cals? That absolutely amazes me.


Today is a lil off because I'm in the midst of something at work.

7am - Apple Jacks, 2% milk, Isopure w/water
10am - 1/4lb cheeseburger patty, Mtn Dew
12pm - 1/4lb cheeseburger patty, brown rice, diet coke

been snacking on cashews today. That's what I've eaten up to now and it's 4pm. That calories is about average. Tonight will be Brats w/rice or potato salad, diet coke and another protein drink before bed. That's pretty much my normal day w/plain oatmeal instead of cereal. I'm not the least bit hungry.

I didn't say 50mcg for 10 weeks is safe. Would I recommend it, yes, but only to someone who has used it several times before. I would go 25mcg a day a see if you start losing weight. Give it 2 weeks, if you don't lose any weight, I would bump it to 37.5 for week than go to 50 mcg. Tapper back down. I would also adjust your diet if you don't lose any weight with the T3. T3 isn't magic, I have seen people use 75mcg a day and not lose weight, granted they are normal people tring to get in shape and it was prescribed by a doctor.
