T3 question for anyone who has used it??

Ok guys, been dieting for about 12 weeks now and lost all the way down to 12%. Would like to go between 7 and 8% and going to use some T3. I am 5ft 9inch and weigh 224 so i need to loose about 15pounds of fat. Taking 500mgs of Enthanate to preserve muscle while doing this. Whats a good T3 cycle and how much so I can loose the last 15 pounds in about 10 or 11 more weeks and come off and not mess up my thyroid or gain the weight back??? Calories are at 2300 a day and doing cardio. Already lost 15pounds and kinda of at a standstill. Thanks for the help!!

You can do 25mcg for 12 weeks, safely. But, most recommend 6-8 weeks on T3. I personally have done 50mcg's for 6 weeks. I tappered up and down, I started with 12.5 and tappered up and down. So I was on T3 for 10 weeks. I didn't experience any problems.
 
So 10 weeks at a dose no more than 50mcg is ok then?? What kind of results did you get and did your thyroid rebound?? Thanks for the info
 
2300 calories AND doing cardio at 224? Christ.... try eating more... you are starving to death. The problem is your diet... fix yoru diet first, then try 25 mcg of t3. Fuck, I can cut on 3500-4000 cals without cardio or t3. I can't work out do to an injury, sit on my ass all day long, and have lost body fat eating 3000 CLEAN calories a day, and doing no activity of any type for the past 2.5 weeks.

I sense the sarcasim in your typing. The problem is his diet, not needing t3. 2300 calories? If he goes on t3 on this, he will lose lbm. His caloric intake is simply too low. He needs to make changes to his diet not add t3 at this point.

Everyone is different. I can eat 1500 calories a day (mostly protein) and still gain muscle mass. Right now I am on 120 mcg T3 + 160 mcg clen and I am still gaining weight... I'm losing fat but I went from 106kg two weeks ago to 114kg today. I'm eating around 2700 calories a day...

God, I just don't see how you guys workout and drop your caloric intake that low. I'm starving on anything less than 5000 a day. Perhaps its because al ot of the guys on here just make up for it with drugs. Guys with 17" arms using 1.5 grams of aas a week and such...
 
I'd weigh more than Ronnie Coleman if I ever went over 3,000 cals a day.

No shit? Wow... one time when I was cutting, I was running 50 mg of tren ed, 50 mg winstrol ed, 400 mg of test enathate a week (that is over a gram of gear a week so pretty agressive), .5 mg a-dex ed and 50 mcg of t3 every day, and had to up my cals to 5500 when I got on the t3 just do to constant sweating and hunger. I was losing 4 lbs a week on 5500 cals.

How does a guy your size get by on 3000 cals? That absolutely amazes me.
