19 percent body fat
Gotten a little out of shape
27 years old
Goal: a quick way to drop weight, tone and strengthen
Plan on a short break after this and jump on to a 20 weeker
here is my current cycle: started today
Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - 200MG Mon, Weds, Fri (600 MG wk) wk 1-10
Winnie 250MG (50 mg per day x 5 days) wk 1-12
Dbal 25mg mon-fri wk1-8
Clenbuterol ( day 1 40 mcg, day 2 60 mcg, day 3 mcg, day 4 80 mcg, Day 5 80mcg, day 6 100 mcg, day 7 100 mcg) weeks, 1,3,5,7,9,
T3 (say 1 20 mcg, day 2 40mcg, day 3 40mcg, day 4 60mcg, day 5 60mcg, day 6 80 mcg, day 7 80 mcg ( weeks,2,4,6,8,10)
