It has been pretty much confirmed...he was a scammer....if the mods ok it.. I will copy and paste a thread from another board about him..

This was an access page that required a user id so I could not read th epost. however I am aware of whats being accused here as its gone back and forth the past week. Its very important to know you're source as this story has happened before in different capacities. Bottom line is scammers suck and anyone can fake a death if this is true to try and bail with you're money.
