i always feel a little guilty buying syringes at pharmacies.. like i'm getting them for something illegal.. jeesh..

I get mine through the good folks at AndroUSA.com
And I can see that my state, Michigan, is only interested in proper disposal.

Some pharmacies have company policy on the sale of syringes. You must produce a prescription for a med that requires that administration.
