Synthol 1st timer

I plan on using synthol to improve my arms and calves. I need to know what head of tha calves and triceps do i inject in? both are complicated muslces and if i fuck this up i will look like valentino..... Is there any sites with pics of diagrams ? Thanks BRO's

yes i am competing this year....BTW i am jaundice free ... Doc said its from tanning. The skin color is normal now. SO any adive on the THOL?
