Symetry

What are the ideal measurements for a perfectly symetrical physique?
Divide this into 2 catagories:
The ideal professioanal body builder vs. the ideal casual weight-lifter/body builder (like most of us)

My specs. are as follows, I just want to see where I fit in amongst the norms.

5'10"
190lbs
29.5" waiste
16.5" arms
24.5" legs
15.5" calves

Maybe this should be set up as a poll? Thanks for your time.

symetry is not about what your body parts measure out too. it is all about how they look in proportion to each other imo.

What can you do if a certain muscle is growing faster than others? I have a problem with this. I righty and my dominant side was always strong but after my 3rd cycle I noticed that my left calf is growing faster than my right calf. I can see a decent size difference now and it sucks.

What can I do aside from doing less reps or sets on my left calf?

Thanks,
Aikido

You hit the nail on the head. Symmetry takes into consideration body shape as well. Two people can have the same measurements yet one can have better symmetry due to better genetics (ie muscle bellies). Use the mirror to help you maximize your symmetrical potential as opposed to a tape measure. Tape measures are good but has nothing to do with symmetry or porportion.
