Sweet potato meal replacement

I was at an expo and I tried this product that was a sweet potato meal replacement. The stuff tasted really good like sweet potato pie. The guy at the booth was a huge jacked guy and he said that he uses it everyday. are these as good as the real thing because I don't have time to cook actual potatoes
