i just wear a tube sock on my penis that way my "core" is always warm..

no, don't wear a sweater.. s sweat shirt, a hoodie or something that is easily washed..

heat does not always = more effect..

I just wear a rubber waist belt so that the area around my waist sweats more to try and lose some more fat and water from that area.
