Sustanon with tren and anavar

So my goal is strength on my upcoming cycle
right now I'm benching 285 lb would like to get up to three plates. a buddy of mine use a similar cycle and he was able to add about 50 lb to his bench press
my only question is what kind of dosing do I need on the stack? my buddy weighs 220 lb but I'm only 180 lb. we are both 28 years old

285lbs isn't much but I think you can add more weight to your bench without steroids, but if you want to use sustanon trenbolone AND anavar there is no need for all 3, just pick 2.

example 12 week cycle
300mgs trenbolone
500mgs sustanon
7caps n2guard
10mgs aromasin

Just 50mg of Anavar will do the job

I would do it like this for a tren first time:

tren ace 250mgs a week
anavar 30-40mgs a day

6 weeks, but optional to keep it going to 8 weeks. this way no estrogen issues

domestic supply has solid tren and anavar. i would start with 250mgs a week only
