sustanon or enanthate for first time user?

I am 21 years old and have been working out for 3 years on and off not including my high school basketball days and I will be trying my first inject. My height is 6 foot 2 and my weight is 170 lbs. When i first started lifting out of high school i was about 150 lbs and over those few years ive put on about 26 lbs and kept 20 lbs with using NOxplode. It may not seem like alot but there was a period of time where i was doing no working out at all. But anways back to the question at hand, which one would be ideal sustanon or enanthate. Which one would have the least side effects and what should i be taking with it? As far as fast results go I can be patient it doesnt bother me i would just prefer to keep most of the weight on after using it.
 
u could use either .. but test e would be eaiser to use .. less pinning, less esters

if u are 6'2 and 170,looks like u need to overlook your diet and training though

overlook as in revise it? Ya my diet isnt that great but i have a really fast metabolism so I have a really hard time gaining. I was also wondering if i should be taking novaldex with it. And also is nolvadex only available online?
 
if your diet isn't great then you will not only make less gains on cycle, but post cycle you will lose almost all of them with a fast metabolism.

so get your diet right first.
 
i still dont agree with the sust needing to be eod, thats a crock in my humble opinion,, either or is fine, BUTTTTT not for you, as said above without your diet spot on you have no buisness messing with roids period.. at your weight even with a super high meta. you should be able to put on at least 20 more lbs easy..
i am in the same boat, i can put down 5000 cals a day and not put on weight unless its the right kind of cals, so i know where you are coming from,it sucks and its hard but u gotta do it..
get your diet in placefirst max out natty first
 
sus 250 should not be taken every day, you would probably kill yourself unless you are breaking the dose of 750mg a week up, which I've never heard of that being done

wow, i guess if it works for you. I can show you ten different drug profiles of sus 250 that says do not take ed. However, sus is pretty safe gear and you can play with it, however I wouldn't, the stuff does wonders taken at recommended doses, why push the on set of side effects?
 
sus 250 = 250mg per 1cc taken ed = 1750mg per week and at that dose you will need Nolvadex, HCG and Proviron and that high dose should only be taken by professionals not and I say never first time users
 
I took sus 250 at 500mg every five days and you can and is recommended to take it at 7 day periods



recommended? by who? sust was created for hrt, and the different esters are so you can inject once a month
 
kdc1023 - Hey bud do some of your own research about doses, just simply type "steroid profiles" in google and start checking them out, trust me you do not want to take that much, you will see great gains with 500mg of sus e5d or e7d. Remember do your own research, you picked a great frist cycle, because like I said sus is pretty safe at normal doses
 
Ya i definitely agree with all of you on the fact i should get my diet straight first but i plan on waiting a little bit longer to do it anyways when i gain a few more pounds and peak. Thanks for the info everyone.

i know all about the numbers, and how fast prop is in and out, and all the half lives of the different esters, that said after a few injects when your test levels are off the charts a slight drop is not noticeable.. i have had blood work done on sust and on cyp and on test e, levels always about the same, at the same time period give or take a few days,, thats how i tested ug gear was human guina pig and then blood work... now I know they say stable blood levels are key, but when you are off the charts which 500mg a week will do its not as important as far as muscle building goes..
 
I know the site, learned how to make tren there however read the whole thing, it says new look? I have never heard besides that site, which I do trust, that sus should be taken like that. I've taken a lot of gear and would never mess with that much sus and I'm 5'11" 225lbs with 9% body fat
 
ok like I said they are breaking up the sus into 1/2, 1/4.3/4 cc shots every day. Unless you love needles!!! the whole reason why people love sus and deca is you only need one shot a week, I take tren and trust it sucks shooting up every day with 1 1/2 needle

No methabolism can be too fast for huge amounts of food...Seriously, you need food man.
A kid approached me at work that he is skinny and wanted to gain weight. I asked if he lifts and he said yes, and told me what he ate. He ate as I expected like a bird. Told him to hit the ice cream, peanut butter, ground meat, pasta, patatoes and son on.
One day he took me so literally that he eate till he puked..lol
That was about 3 weeks may be 1 month ago. Just asked him how he is doing and he said that he is up 5 lbs! Next I'm going to get him to drink shakes.
 
that link is retarded, thats still over a gram of gear a week, dont forget there is only 30mg of prop in sust 250.. i am not trying to argue because i have had my bloodwork done to prove my own theory and i know what works for me,, but i hate the concept being thrown around that you have to shoot sust every day or eod or its no good, that is a crock...... every 5th day is fine your blood levels will nottt be big peaks, and as i said once your test levels are off the charts a small drop off from the prop is not going to hurt you or your gains........

i swear to god i am not trying to pick fights tonight, but i call bad advice,,,,,,,,,,,, i actually just finished an experiment with similar foods to not only gain weight but to produce more natty test, and my bloodwork came back worse then they did after a 6 month cycle......... he needs more cals yes but clean cals, ESPECIALLY if you are a hard gainer because you eat more then the average joe it has to be cleaner or you will be getting too much sat. fat, sodium, ect.. he just needs to up his clean cals, maybe add in another shake or 2, but he should not eat anything at all just for more cals.. maybe that is what you meant to begin with i am not sure..
 
over a gram of gear? i calculated it to 700mg... with only peak levels at a little over 600. im not trying to argue either bro, and i never said that unless you shoot sust ed its no good. all i stated was that to maintain stable blood levels ed is the only way, and that "retarded" link proves that. imo, if your going to shoot e5d you might as well stick with a single long ester. to each his own
 
i dont agree with that math in the link, thats 1100mg of gear but over 7 days only 614 in bloodstream? there is 486mgs missing now i know you do not get 250mg from a 250mg shot, without going into the chemistry its still a gram of gear .
but i will have to do the math tommarow ,im too tired right now but 1100mg of sust would mean 120mgs are prop ok, but they have bloodlevel at 614.. lets not forget that 500mg of sust is going to give you approx the same blood levels as test e per week for the first few weeks..more tommarow i got to sleep :beer:
 
Everyone on here seems to mention the prop in sust as if its the best thing about it, if you want prop - use test prop. Sustanon is way more similar to test e than it is to prop, there is only 30mg of prop in a shot of sust...100mg of deconate which is roughly same length as test e. If your doing 500mg a week it is better to shoot twice a week but it wont make the world of difference, it would however if you were to use it every other day, but of course you are then using a gram of test a week.
 
My first cycle was @ 21yrs old. and it was 250mg sust. every 6 days. I loved it. and it was very mild, and a good introduction to AAS. HOWEVER...Before my first cycle i was 6'0 175lbs. So I can imagine how you must look because of your metabolism. As these good bro's are telling you. FORGET gear for now. NOT because your too young but because you could easily put on 25 lbs in 6 mos just from your diet. I would be seriously willing to bet. Just with diet and some good supps.
I have a friend 5'7 135lbs (ectomorph) same super lean and vascular body. He always asks me to get him gear. I always tell him NO WAY. He refuses to diet correctly. Its too overwhelming for him. Oh well, i have no sympathy for him.
YOU need 4-5000 cals son. Natural PB, Big scoops of oats, large slabs of red meat, breads and potatoes and rice.
Make a shake with 2 scoops protein, 3-4 cups of milk, 2 tbsp natty pb, and 1 cup of oats....blend.....drink. Over 1000 cals, at least 80g protein, i forget the carbs but its good. and it tastes great too.
