At 250mg per week you are just a little bit over your natural production of test. As soon as you shoot your first shot you will be shut down. Your natural production will stop, hopefully it will start again if you do good pct. But at 250mg per week it's not a very big boost. I'm not advocating doing huge amounts but 1.5ml per week is a little better. This would bring it up to 375mg per week. This is fairly big jump over natural production.
If you eat a lot, this is key, and train hard, goes hand in hand with eating, you will get a lot out of what you are doing.
The best training I ever did was two-a-days. In the mornings I would lift heavy and in the evenings I would do the very same exercises but lift light with a lot of reps. This blasted my body. I break my body up into press up and pull down exercises. Then I also have push out and pull back execises then legs.
The only other type of training that did as much for me as two-a-days is volume training. Pick a multi joint exercise, like squats. Use a weight that you can get ten to twelve reps out of. Then do a set. Rest until your breathing is normal then do another set. Rset until your breathing is normal then back under the bar. Keep this up for an hour. This works great with clean and press as well.
The first time I did this I was doing squats. The next morning I couldn't stand up off the toilet. I had to sort of fall off and crawl to the sink to pick myself up with the help of the counter. There was no question that the day after volume training is a rest day.
