suspicious old primo

a bro of mine had a few amps of this primo lying around he never used it but i thought it looked totally fake,however if this is old german primo it may be ok i just can;t say forsure print is in german i just don't know.anyone ever seem this before or has any thoughts on it?

Yes it's always some stuff that was lying around.

You have to say this when you have a product that's no longer made. The smart money would go on fake.
