Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below If I understand correctly, Sus stays in your system around 3-4 weeks. I'm not too sure about how long EQ stays, anyways, I know that time on equals time off, If I was on sus and EQ for 8 weeks should I take 8 weeks off or would it be better to take 11-12 weeks off including the time the sus stays in your system aftrewords. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

If I were you I would take 11-12 weeks off, of course I prefer more time off than on, but that's just the way I am. And 3 weeks more off time won't kill you.....
