about 5 weeks ago i started my first cylce in 7 years..(gh,primo,androgel)....i was about 25% body fat at that time...


well today i feel 100% better...much bigger and harder..and i just had a hydrostatic body fat test...

18%


ok so here is the question....5 weeks ago i was 220lbs 25% bf.....now im 235 18% bf


is this good progress?
