Just try ta stay positive!!! I know it's tough fighting depression after any kind of surgery especially when it keeps you from training for an extended amount of time.

Reading all the fitness magazines and post here really helped me keep my mind on my goals as well as pushing me ta get well faster. I hope all goes well.
