supplements

im on my 9th cycle currently.... ive just never taken additional supplements other than vitamins and primordial products and pro hormones haha i was just curious if bcaa and all those other bs actually do anything

bcaa's = good. like eating a piece of steak without all the chewing (or the flavor).

I take a lot of different supps. I don't take prohormone stuff though, I mean like vitamins, gluc/chondr/msm, cissus, nettle root extract, bromelain, saw palmetto...etc.

Guess you'll have to be more specific.

this is what works for me and my crew:

bcaa's

glutamine

and of course, the "staples" multivitamin, flax oil and protein powder.

Oops +2 that is, 8 already got ya on the +1

BCAA are good but only if you have the extra cash to buy them. not as important as protein or cretine, of couse.

If you have a good protein it should have them in there anyhow.

If not they are good to just throw down every so often through out the day when you not doing any thing els eor can't get to a meal for whatever reason.

Not like if you don't have them you wont grow...no

These are the very basics I would take - of course, they should never be a substitute for whole foods and a good diet.

I also take L-carnitine, fiber, and fish oil (instead of flax)
