Just wondering what the take is on legal supplements that should or should not be used while riding my bi-cycle?

i.e.
NO products
Creatine
etc.....

What?

You can say you're on steroids, bro. We won't make fun of you and call you a dumb jock or anything.

Well im going to be cycling some test e and dianabol. What supplements do you guys use while on cycle? Just trying to get some does and donts. Also lets say im going to be forced to do cardio at least 3 days a week, will this be helpful or harmful to this cycle if im trying to bulk up.
Age:22
Weight: 165lbs
Height:72"

6 feet tall and 165 lbs?? You need food bro, not gear. Wait until you are about 185-195 natty. Then do it up... you'll grow like a weed.

I can not stress how correct this is. I'm new here but I've been lifting weights all my adult life and this is excellent advice. Even someone with average genetics should be able to get to a pretty solid 200 pounds naturally at your height. Lift smart and eat well for five years or even longer and see where you are. Then juice up if you think you still want to. You're a kid yet, take your time.

That's just my opinion and worth about what you paid for it.:)

Hell, at your age and height you can use just supps -- UNLEASHED and BIG BLAST and sock on another 10 pounds in a few months with enough food and hard training.

As for supps with cycles, sure, there are lots that can help but it depends what you want. Creatine and NO2 are good if you're bulking, bad if you're cutting. Extra protein and vitamins are a must if you're serious. It isn't a simple answer. In general you want to avoid the overpriced commercial junk like MuscleTech and fly by night companies selling untested crap, and any prohormone type "supplement." (I hate calling them supplements because they really don't really "supplement" anything. They're just weak drugs).

Stick around. You'll learn a lot.
