Hey EF,

My Friend and my football season just ended one week ago. Goes by fast in AK and yea.
We are going to be lifting 6 times a day and we both have about the same stats.
Im 6foot 165
hes 6 foot 3 165

We both lift around the same and his dad being the person is said he will pay for any supplement we need whether it be protein, creatine or weight gainers.

ANy ideas?

Also were both 17 soon to be 18 (seniors in HS)
Would it be right to do roids if we have been lifting for about 15 months off and on?
 
6 times a day, you mean 6 a week, dont be surprised if you dont grow. people on roids only grow doing that and half of them dont
 
NO! You are too young. Some other bros here can get into the potential devastating effects it could have on you (b/c of age) - I'll just say NO for now. B/c of your age and the fact you haven't been lifting for long, the best thing for you is to eat, eat, lift, eat, sleep, lift and eat. You will grow as long as you hit it hard.
 
I hope you mean 6 days a week and not 6 times a day. Also at 17 and 18, don't take any steroids, you can make great gains without them, plus it has many side effects. Anyway get tons of Optimum Nutrition 100 % Whey Protein, Chocolate tastes the best, buy a few bags of dextrose, its corn sugar. You can also take creatine if you want, I like Prolab Creatine, get the one that says creapure. Make sure you eat 5 to 6 meals a day, tons of protein from food, eat complex carbs, brown rice, oatmeal.
 
Yea, I meant 6 times a week.
What if we cant fit in 5 meals a day?
I know i can do breakfast, lunch, afterschool and dinner.

bars are something the companies shit out to get your money. they are usually cooked so its not as good. they serve no real nutritional purpose and are almost always not nearly as good as protein powder. just put protein in a water bottle and add water. get one with carbs at proteinlab.com.
