here is a list of supplements I am currently taking, what should I add or take out of this list
Whey protein
Multi vitamin
fish oil
Bcaa’s
Flavored bcaa’s
Creatine
Liver support
I'm 50 years old and I'm also deficient in vitamin B12. Hoping these can help get that number up for me
 
That's a lot of different vitamins, I would replace most with n2guard
I would keep whey protein and add pea protein, drop the bcaa

i would simplify things man

1. REAL FOOD
2. ancient strength
3. n2guard
4. b12 injections napsgear
 
i would suggest dropping the amino acids. and no none of those things are good for b12
