Supplement Direct is taking forever!

call the number they provided you, apparently my order had an incorrect telephone number associated with it so they refused to send it.

dude all you got to do is email them, or use the order # they emailed you (if they do) and track it online (if they offer that). i have never used them....but after a week i am looking to complain. biotest gets me my stuff in two days, and most other company's will have it to you a week max. i'd have been on email about three weeks ago. why have you not contacted them?

yeah, i do that occasionally too. just get their phone #, or email addy....and give your name, that should help with whether there was an order or not. i am sure they have it accessible by name or phone # or something other than order #. if you paid by CC, call your CC 800 # and see if you were charged.

I already did, I just added a digit to my # by accident and they wouldnt send it, great service once it was taken care of tho.
galaxy, they dont tell you this but some of their products are ordered and shipped from outside companies. I ordered some tyrosine and it took an extra week or so while they waited to receive it and then shipped it all out together. Not sure if this is the case but just a thought.

Might as well throw my 2cents in. Placed my order on Friday and received on Thursday of the following week! Was my first order by the way!
If you are looking for quick shipping don't use supplementdirect, go elsewhere. They have limited supply of items in stock unless they are supplementdirect brand or supplies that get ordered frequently. When you order they have to wait for it to arrive then pack it up and ship out. Keeps their cost low but it is not quick...

they shouldnt have taken a whole month. chances are something that u ordered wasnt in stock. i dont understand why they cant send an email saying why the order is taking forever. IMO i think their customer service sucks.
