Psyllium husk drink/eat daily. Make sure you drink lots of water with it. This is good but also making sure you include fibre sources throughout your day.

NAC daily

Cardio

Eat clean healthy food. Cut out processed foods especially high shitty fat and carb/sugar filled crap.
