I drank 3 scoops of Xtend during my workout and drank a musclemilk shake as soon as I was done training. Overall my workout was good but I am still having problems with the forarm splints in my right forearm. It def hampered my heavier sets today and I did not like it. I am going to try some skeletal balm if it does not feel better by next bicep workout. I want to add that I am very happy with my weight gain. I am going to have to add in cardio soon as I am sure my cholesteral is throught he roof by now with all the food I have been eating (lots of carbs). I just want to say thank you to everyone who is following my log. If yu have any questions or feedback (positive or negative) let me know, its fine that is what I am here for. Just hit me up with a PM here. Also, one other thing. I have been sleeping alot more since startingt he EPI. I dont know what it is but I cant get my butt outa bed in the morining. I drank 3 scoops of Xtend during my workout and consumed a musclemilk shake when I was done with training. Overall my workout was ok. I was stronger on the close grip bench presses but wealker on the v-bar pressdowns. I still had some slight pain in my right forearm.

I forgot my xtend so I drank water throughout my workout. My forearm is definately hampering my workouts now. My strength is really starting to suffer for it. Pisses me off, one thing after another. Anyway, I have been using a tight elbow sleeve to help things. It seems to be working somewhat.

A couple other things I would like to add. I have come down with this annoying cough. It comes and goes throughout the day. I have been taking Robitussin at night to help stop the coughing so I can sleep. It started around the time I began Epi-Strong. The other thing I am noticing is my scalp is starting to breakout. I am getting zits on the back of my head and upper neck. I have never had zits there before. The funny thing is I am not getting zits anywhere else. Usually if I cam going to get them from a PH/DS I get them on my back, so this is weird for me. Other then that I have been doing good, eating like a horse. I am up 15 pounds now which makes me happy. I only have two pounds to go to reach my original goal. I would love to get over 200 pounds, its been a long time. When I start my PCT in a couple weeks I am going to start being a little stricter with my diet and add in some cardio. I hope to be about 190 when I am done with this cycle..After my PCT I am going to chill for a few weeks and then get ready for a nice Natty Stack..Take care guys..SJ
