I decied not to bump it up to 45 mg until the very last week. So I will stay at 30mg until this Saturday and then up it. Sides are the same, slight annoying cough (dont know if its from this though), acne on my head and upper neck.

I drank 3 scoops of Xtend and a dunkin donuts coffee during my workout. Overall the workout was good for the exception of the reverse grip cable pressdowns. My right forearm hurt like a MFer. This excercise totally isolated the pain in my forearm so now I kinda know what the injury is. Needless to say I wont be doing reverse grip triceps exercises for a while. My strength was up on the close grip bench which was awesome.

Sides are still the same with the acne and slight cough (cough could be cuased by something else). No other problems, no stiff joints or anything. My bodyweight is up 17 pounds (two pounds in one day which I am sure is water)

I am going to back things down a bit in my PCT cause I have to start eating good. I am sure my Cholesterol is through the roof right now.
