I am going more frequnt but that does not concern me as that is typical I have cut my meals to even smaller sizes and eating even more often 7-8 times a day. For me that stocks my metabolism and the processing of food the more often I eat the more I go.
 
If you're eating more frequently, even if it's smaller meals, then it's perfectly natural to go more frequently.

As for color, a wide range can be natural. What you have to watch out for is black or red (unless you've been eating beets or are taking charcoal for digestive reasons).

You might want to think about this book, while you don't have to worry about anti-aging it's got some good, sound information in approachable terms about major body systems:

but you were not talking about how you moved them, but simply what color they were.. ;-)
Veggies do cause colors, but like MM said, be cautious only when it's very dark for a long period of time. I am of course talking about your hair color now ;-)
 
Hey Buns

I am plugging away. I know I am looking better then last prep for sure but not sure if I will come in where I need to be to place tops 3. My abs are coming in buy slowly. I have dropped the gh and everything else that could possible make me hold water as of this weekend so this week should be telling as to how things will end up for me on stage. Also doing a dry run with my water etc this week so looking forward to seeing what happends this weekend for me.

I am shopping way to much I spent $200 this weekend on clothes. I only needed one thing which was a dress for my xmas party that was $80. The rest was on stuff that is fairly useful though clothes for work and another pair of workout pants.
