I added YES in last week.. b/w that, dieting, hitting legs 2 x a week ... they are coming along. I haven't even gone sprint or cardio crazy lol , SO not like me but whatever works :D Still following your log closely. If you need to scream you know where to find me.

Thanks Buns looks like the logging is still going to be spares. I thought things were slowing down at work but apperntly not. I need to work my ass of this month is not shaping up as perdicted. I lost a huge f'ing deal I am still pissed about it. I have a 3 more decent size deals I am fairly confidant in closing.
Trainer has me uping that cardio for sure also do more of a rotation with cals and carbs OMG so low on the carbs. Eh whatever gets it done at this point. I found out my show is actually a level 2 so this is going to be very serious compatition. I really want to nail it.
 
Just a little update my suits came in today and they are stunning I love them CC swimwear rocks great quality and so beautiful.
