Gear: 12 weeks winny stacked with 3 weeks tren
Specs: 6'2" 260lbs. about 18% BMI
Goal: To get ripped and add just a bit more size.

I'm starting one a bit late but I'm following good advice and starting a log of my progress. I started working out and dieting for a couple (2) weeks and am down to 260 from 270. Then, on the third week (last week) I started to cycle. I take one shot 3 times a week. I would like to do it every other day but my winny hurts way to much. I will finish the twenty shots of winny and then when I get to my second vial I will run winny the first two shots of the week and tren (10 shots) the last shot of the week until finished. I currently have no post cycle plan and would like some advice concerning that as well on this thread if anyone would be nice enough to do so. I'm sure that wont be a problem since I've been a member for only a week and have recieved tons of support already. Welcome to my journey. :fro:
 
Week 2 Day 1 "Meals"
I took my shot today. I seems to hurt less in my left cheek than in my right. Anyway thats probabaly TMI so I'll move on. Monday's my day off from work so woke up a little late. That explains why I only had 4 meals. I try to eat about every two to three hours.

Meals:
1) 2 pcs. of chicken thigh (about 14oz.) and cottage cheese with canteloupe for dessert (12:15pm)
2) protein bar
(3:00pm)

3) ham sandwhich (5:45 pm)

4) lentil puree with three egg whites (9:00pm)
5) handful of almonds right before bed (11:45pm)
 
Week 2 Day 1 "Workout"
Biceps and calfs

10 minute warm up on elliptacle (howerver you spell it)
Biceps
3 sets, 20 reps
Hammer Curl
Bicep Curl

"Terrible 21's" I call them. On a barbell I do seven reps wide grip, seven normal, and seven close grip. Do 3 sets.

Calfs
10 sets of ten reps with a ten second rest. I learned this from Schwarzenegger. We talk at least twice a day. J/K I read it in an article about his calf workout and it really burns em up.

20 minutes on elliptacle (how do you spell that again?) to keep the calfs burning
 
Week 2 Day 1 "Results"
I had a really nice pump during my workouts and am satisfied with my strength gains so far. I believe my overall caloric intake was about 1.652 calories and 146 grams of protein. I'll keep better count in tomorrow's post.
 
Week 2 Day 2 "Meals"
No shot today that'll be on wednesday. Had to wake up early for work so I got all my meals in.

1.) 2 cups Special K Protein Plus w/ 2 cups milk (7:25 a.m.)
2.) Protein Bar (10:15 a.m.)
3.) Subway lunch. "Carb Conscious" Wrap with Ham and Turkey (double meat) and all the veggies. no mayo no mustard (1:00)
4.) Muscle Milk (4:00)

5.) Isopure Green Tea (That stuff is awesome...packed with antioxidants, 40 grams protein, 170 cal. and no carbs!) (7:00)
6.) Two pieces grilled fish with green beans (10:00)
****sleep at 12:30*****
 
Week 2 Day 2 "Workout"
I had to stay late at work and had a very small window between work and school. I usually do chest and quads on tuesday but I just didnt have the time becasue I really wanted to fit my cardio into my workout (I am trying to get cut). Becasue of this I only did chest and my cardio.

10 minute warm-up on the elliptacle

Chest
3 sets of 20 reps:
Chest
Flat Dumbbell Press
Incline dumbbel press
Decline bench press
Flat dumbbell flies

20 minutes HIIT cardio on the elliptacle
 
Week 2 Day 2 "Results"
I love working chest and man I love my gym. The girls there are pretty friggin hot and when I don;t feel like going, that's incentive right there!
Total calories: 1840 Total protein: 245 grams Total Carb: 100

I well you are on it now. 12 weeks winny with 3 weeks tren fucking shit thats all fucked up too. WHy did you start this cycle its clear you have no clue what you are doing.


look I would never do a tren winy cycle but if I did it would look like this.

1-8 tren 75mg eod
1-8 winny 50mg ed
8-12 Testosterone Recovery Stack

I would have letro and dostinex on hand before I even started too..


For god sakes at least fix the cycle bro.
 
For sure man. Weird thing is, I looked around the forum and a few people said they had good results stacking the two. I'll get that done bro thanks for the advice. I never wanted to put myself in jeopardy so I consulted others who had good results told me this was the stack to take. I even got the OK from an amateur bodybuilder but needto's words are king!

Ya tah hell with the winny/tren only

You would be much much better off running test/winny only

1-8 test prop 100mg ed
1-8 tren 75mg ed
1-8 winny 50mg ed


I mean thats how you run the 3. take out the tren would be best for you. pct letro/dostinex advice is still the same. except no need for the dotinex if you are not using tren....


bro use you plat and search around. Learn about everything you can man.
