superflex runs Cyanostane & Trenazone

Today was the last day on the cyanostane, I'll be finished with the trenazone tomorrow.

Couple Notes;
-Started roughly 174-175lbs, as of today I'm sitting at 185 pre-workout.
-Definitely noticed increase in strength and endurance, the strength increase hasn't been 50-70lbs in my working weights(I didn't max any during this cycle). Regardless, strength increase was there.
-The pumps I've been getting are those fuckin' raw hurt like hell kinda pumps.. gotta love em.
-Body appears big, full & hard while as lean as when I started(came off a low carb diet).
-No noticeable problems with acne.
-Haven't had any issues with sleeping, when I first started I was actually sleeping extremely well compared to before the cycle. It's stayed that way.
-Haven't really noticed any excessive anger or any other sides now that I think about it.
-No noticable shrinkage of my testicles.

Overall thoughts; I'm satisfied with the results. 10lbs of what seems to be solid gains in 4 weeks is pretty impressive. I got fucked on training one week, if I would of had that week no telling if I might have gained a few more pounds. I can't say which compound is to be credited for the gains, I'd have to run each separate in the future to make that conclusion(which I may do). Both products seem to be solid, I wont hesitate to run them again if it falls within my plans.

Now onto my workouts, I may have not updated every couple days but I was recording my performance in the gym.

Saturday - 7/16 - Chest/Cardio/Abs
*I really just had an itch to get in the gym, kinda fucked around on hitting my chest from different angles to figure some things out.

Tuesday - 7-19 - Back(you'll notice I haven't been hitting much lower back.. that's because on this shit my lower back gets so fuckin pump'd it burns the entire workout)

Wednesday - 7-27 - Chest/Tri's (I fucked myself by warming up my triceps and getting them pumped full of blood)

Flat DB Press(my triceps being so pumped kinda fucked with me on these) - 85x8, 90x8,(decided to take about a 5minute break to let my triceps loosen up) 95x10, 100x7
Smith 30degrees CG press - 185x10, 205x10, 215x7
Incline Smith - 135x10, 155x12, 185x10, 195x10 drop 135x15
30 degree incline cable fly - 40x15, 50x15, 70x10, 80x8, drop 60x8
Finished up with BW dips - 4 sets to failure.


I'll still be recording things for the next couple of weeks to see how everything goes while coming off of this. I have clomid on hand in case I need it(don't feel I will have to use it) .. also gonna be running forged pct @ 2 caps a day. If anyone has any questions, post em up or message me & i'll answer when I can.

ur not running amy phyto or hcgenerate for pct? also post cycle cycle and unleashed help me too. anyways ur cycle looked great Congrats! im running havoc and trenazone starting ina week or so and i am pumped!!!!
 
Nope.. I don't feel I need to use those products for this cycle. I think I will run the clomid for a week or two at 25mg a day and the forged pct.. should be sufficient.

*edit; I should elaborate.. HCG is mostly recommended for cycles 6weeks & longer. This was a 4 week cycle, I haven't noticed any testicular shrinkage which brought me to decision not to waste the money on HCG. PCT products are a dime a dozen, some work better than others, which you choose is on you. I'll let everyone know how the transform lab's product works.
