Superdrol (clone), first cycle, help/critique please

Hi, I'm planning on doing a SD cycle in the future, but planning ahead can never do any harm so I've been reading up a bit and here's what I plan on doing. As this is my first cycle I would like to make sure that I have everything down to a t, so any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Stats: 5'9 180lbs, ~11-12% bf, 26 years old. Been lifting for about 2 and half years now.

Morning - Immediately after getting up
Pre Workout - +6 hours after getting up (1 hour before working out)
Night - +12 hours after getting up

Preload (5 days before SD):
Liver Juice - 5ml morning, 5ml night
Red Yeast Rice - 1.2g morning
COQ10 - 60mg morning
Saw Palmetto - 320mg morning
Hawthorn Berry - 1000mg morning
Policasinol - 20g morning, 20g night
Taurine - 3g pre workout

Cycle Week 1:
Superdrol - 10mg pre workout
Taurine - 5g pre workout
Liver Juice - 5ml morning, 5ml night
Red Yeast Rice - 1.2g morning
COQ10 - 60mg morning
Saw Palmetto - 320mg morning
Hawthorn Berry - 1000mg morning
Policasinol - 20g morning, 20g night

Cycle Week 2+3:
Superdrol - 10mg morning, 10mg pre workout
Taurine - 5g pre workout
Liver Juice - 5ml morning, 5ml night
Red Yeast Rice - 1.2g morning
COQ10 - 60mg morning
Saw Palmetto - 320mg morning
Hawthorn Berry - 1000mg morning
Policasinol - 20g morning, 20g night

PCT Week 4-6:
Clomid - 100mg morning
Aromasin - 25mg morning
Taurine - 5g pre workout (optional, if I still get painful back pumps, shin splints etc)
Liver Juice - 5ml morning, 5ml night
Red Yeast Rice - 1.2g morning
COQ10 - 60mg morning
Saw Palmetto - 320mg morning
Hawthorn Berry - 1000mg morning
Policasinol - 20g morning, 20g night

I may have to take milk thistle for the last 4 days as theoretically that's when the liver juice will run out, shouldn't be a problem though I'm guessing.

So how does this sound? Any changes that need to be made? All feedback greatly welcomed.

Also, should all morning supplements be taken on an empty stomach? Or are there some that I should take after breakfast?

The guys will help you out,reading that sounds like a who's who of a gnc or vit store lol not a underground juice store ; ) superdrol first cycle go easy and use beastdrol it's a proven winner.go to mr supps .com too!

lol, it looks a lot but it's basically a few things re-pasted again and again, all of which are pretty cheap. I did think of using Competitive Edge Labs Cycle Assist instead of everything other than the SD, Clomid, Aromasin and Taurine but it's out of stock everywhere so I'll just have to get everything separately I guess.

Well I'm glad ur running it only 3 weeks..superdrol crushes your lipids in that amount of time

I've read that SD isn't as effective after the 3rd week, gains will slow down so I thought it'll just be best to go for a 3 week cycle. Besides, I may do it again when I'm ready to, so with a 3 week on + 3 week pct being 6 weeks total, time in between cycles would be 6 weeks so that's 12 weeks from the time starting SD and time when I would start it again, if I ran it for 4 weeks it'd be 16 weeks total, as with an extra week on SD I'd need an additional 3 weeks to recover right (+1 week PCT and +2 weeks additional to return to normal)? So it seems it would be quicker to do it in 3 week intervals.

Is this correct?
 
If you use superdrol/beastdrol get something for liver or you'll wax up and some hcgenerate for your nuts cause it kills them,believe me I know.took three weeks into pct to get em back ; ) it's prov the harshest oral but best gainer our there

Also go 4 weeks if you start at 10mg a day.IMO I wouldn't go under 20 per day just spread it out.I started at 20 but saw little results till I upped it to 30 at week 2.weeks 3 and 4 I exploded in size all up 25 pound gain,ice lost only 2 in pct

Oh, I had no idea, sorry for not posting stats. They are:

5'9 180lbs ~11% bf. 26 years old.

I take 5 triple strength fish oils a day as is + 2 flax seed for the ALA. So my HDL should be pretty good atm I imagine.

okay... im going to start off with this... any superdrol is not a good choice for a first cycle... i will never recommend this as a starter cycle... something a bit more mild like helladrol would be a much better option to start with...

i am going to critique what you have here... at 5'9 180 you could definitely make some really nice gains, regardless of what you decide to run, if you run things properly...

you have to much fucking rifraff going on here... all you need is n2guard bro... it will be back in stock soon but all this random shit you have going on is just unnecessary... get yourself n2guard and that will have you covered...

now regardless, 10mg on your first week is pretty low... if your wanting to ease into it, do 10mg the first 3 days to assess tolerance and then bump to 20mg... 3 weeks is really short... 4 week cycles are short as it is but you need to run this 4 weeks man... im not sure where you heard that there are no gains after 3 weeks but that is completely false... you need to 4 weeks on this... now anything past that is where the gains would be minimal but 4 weeks is what needs to be ran...

your pct is whats really concerning to me...

your clomid dosing is FUCKED UP... its WAY TOO HIGH... I never recommend anything higher than 25... if you really want to start at 50 mg the first few days, I guess that is okay but is unnecessary.... normally i would go with a taper of 25mg the first week and then 12.5 mg the rest of the way...

you then run the unleashed/post cycle combo for 4 weeks as well

aromasin is NOT used in pct bro... never... you can have it on hand for during your cycle and can even run it on cycle to be preventative but you do not run it in pct... if your worried about rebound, then you can use forma stanzol in pct... 10 pumps a day, 5 a.m. and 5 p.m.

so what i would do is this

1-4 beastdrol 20/20/30/30
1-4 n2guard
1-4 transaderm 5 pumps a day
1-8 need2slin
1-8 creatine nitrate
1-4 taurine and fish oil
1-4 aromasin if needed

pct
5-8 clomid 25/12.5/12.5/12.5
5-8 unleashed/post cycle combo
5-8 lean xtreme
5-8 forma stanzol
 
^^^ no fucking way should he do 40mg first up,it nearly did me and I only did it on week 4,last 3 days I could tell my whole system was shuttin up!and I've ran a few different orals before.pls dude listen to Dylan he knows his shit! And ; ) you'll love superdrol if you use it right

I've ran 40 since I started beast which I bet was way b4 u, tons of people can handle 40 easy, i feel no sides, talk to CK he did more than that, if u take it an u feel no side effects bump it up , More gear isn't always better, with beast more is better IMO.

like i said, if that worked for you, thats great man... and CK doesnt fucking count... he can run genetic freak type shit... were talking about a guy whose never run a fucking cycle in his life and recommending 40 mg of fucking beastdrol is not good advice... like i said, if it works for you, thats great, but its not good for a starter...

I said if u can handle the sides or have no sides bump it up. Beastrol as far as I know or can tell gave me no sides. I've read a lot on superdrols and people's opinions and honestly guys 40mg is not that krazy. But ur right, start small and if u don't feel the sides these people have take it up. But I will NEVER be convinced 20mg of beast gave u a great cycle, NEVER.

some of us are more lucky than others... Ive seen guys have to stop taking beast after 3 weeks on only 20 mg because they couldn't take the sides... if you can handle them though, I definitely am all about bumping... fuck, I run my stuff to the max... so I hope you don't think i was being rude to you in any way, because I most definitely wasn't... just want to ease new people into shit... I agree though, if you CAN bump it, then definitely it should be...

Personally anyone who want to run beast 20mgs is fine ,if you want to push the envelope than 30mgs but in no way will i reccommend anything higher to anyone.
