Super Bowl contenders....and why

bears look tough all around right now......fortunately they have one of the easiest schedules from here out

philly looks tough.

indy is never out. (until playoffs of course)

dallas may surprise many.

atlanta is sleeping for now, they will wake up.

but yes, denver's defense is looking unstoppable. i wonder if lynch's neck will be ok. i'd like to see plummer get him one.

(however obligations require me to root for the cowboys undoubtedly....can't wait to go to the colts game in nov)

Cowboys might have a chance if they stop TO before he becomes even more cancerous.

Da Bears. They've allowed the least points so far and made a mockery of last years superbowl runner up Seattle. Nobody want some of Da Bears right now.

The Bears will win the NFC and there isn't anyone in the division that will touch them. The NFC is this year, and has been for the last 3 or 4 years equivalent to like a Pee-Wee league.

The AFC is a little iffy... The Patriots will win the AFC East easy they'll get into the playoffs and have to some of the hardest teams in football. The Bengals, the Colts the Ravens and the Broncos.

I don't see the Broncos doing too well Plummer is notorious for chocking and plays terribly in cold weather.

I think the Bengals, even though they got tore up by the Patriots, will patch up those holes on defense and become shutdown AND explosive.

The Colts, well we all know the Colt's deal. Chokey choke choke. If they get lucky, maybe they'll get in.

So I'm going Bears vs. Patriots.

Patriots win.

Thats probably 75 - 25 biased opinion based on my fav team.

KB why are they overhyped? They make solid improvements every game so far. Who, that has played a decent schedule deserves more? And if you watch some sports prgrams, the Broncos are far but hyped.

BTW, KB, your hair is fucked up right now.

I didn't mean the Broncos were overhyped, I meant the Pats were.

I don't evaluate teams based on their regular season play as much as other people do. It's two diffrent seasons - regular and post. And the Broncos do not have the consistency, IMO, or the leadership to win in the playoffs. Put them up against the Colts and they are in trouble. Peyton will do some damage against the Denver D, and they just don't have the offense (or QB) to get em back into the game. lol, they have TWO more points right now than the Raiders. I think they'll be a good reg season team, especially with their division being pretty weak (KC is nothing without Trent, Oak is a joke, and SD is not as good with a noob QB). But I don't see them doing much in the playoffs.

1 - The Patriots are called "over-hyped" every year. In fact they are never hyped. Commentators and newspapers, hell even Vegas consistently pick the Colts over the Patriots. They picked the Bengals over the Patriots the line was 6.

2 - The Colts beat the Jets (2-3) by three points.

3 - The Colts beat the Titans (0-5) by one point.

4 - The Denver offense averages 12 pts per game.

Well, you're a bit biased, so there's no sense in talking logic with you about the Pats, so I will skip that.

Um, is there supposed to be a connection between 2, 3 and 4? Cause, there isn't one. If you wanted there to be (relative to Colts vs Denver), you would have had to show that the Colts scored less than 12 points against the Jets and the Titans.

Either way, make some bets with me. It's easy to talk.

I don't know what I was arguing about.
