Headed to church and then I might come home and run a long run today..Looking at 10 miles if I do. Should be my day off so I might wait until tomorrow and just go rake a ton of leaves.......

It's 5:50am. Headed down to Pacific Beach to surf a bit, then make my weekly Sunday stop at the coffee shop for a bagel with the works and a coffee while I read a bit. Giants game at 10am, gonna do some work while I watch it at home. Then I need to get the car washed, go clothes shopping, clean my shower. probably hit the gym to do some legs.
