jeez, that sucks dude. I just got back from cardio and chest/shoulder workout.
you know what i've noticed? everytime I get back hardcore into working out after a long time off etc.. I always get sick within about 9 days. it happened to me about 6 weeks ago.. then I got sick, but then got better, but then didn't go back to the gym anyway for a month until our fat off began LOL. which is how I got fat.
should I stop going to the gym? I've only missed 3 days since we started our comp.
