I made one of my responses into a thread -
Calories were set @ 10x bodyweight at induction of diet...or 204x10 which is roughly 2000 calories per day,,,,this figure varied though....
Meal #1 - 6 Eggs with a little cheese (I never got into eating bacon or other garbage with high saturated fats even though its welcomed on keto diet....but its allowed so if you like it, go for it)....and then I went with 1 tspn Hi-Lignan Flax Seed oil...ester C-1000 mg, Fat Burning Stack @ recommended dose, B-Complex 125
Meal #2 - Myoplex Low Carb Choco Cream - YUMM! remember to make it the nite before in the blender and then fridge it....next day it feels like cheating! 300 mg of ALA
Meal #3 - 2 Cheeseburgers with no bun ....throw some blue cheese dressing on the side and go crazy!
Workout - take your fatburner, whatever it may be!
Meal #4 - Postworkout, I came home and took my Phosphagen HP with 900 mg ALA.....then I waited 15 min exactly and drank a Myoplex Low Carb MRP with glutamine.
Meal # 5 - (a.k.a. dinner time) romaine lettuce 1 - 1 1/2 cups with blue cheese or ranch dressing..... chicken with mrs. dash seasoning...total of 2 cutlets Or I ate broiled salmon OR turkey burgers with cheese OR skirt steak ....etc some sort of meat!
Meal #6 - (a.k.a. dessert!) - at about 10pm at nite...you usually will get a craving for something sweet...to satisfy my sweet tooth, i went with sugar free Jello in the pre packaged cup and topped it with regular redi-whip.....always does the trick! go with 300 mg of ALA to shuttle
Meal #7 - now this is a strange phenom.... @ like 12am, while reading some of the messages forums or just chilling watching tv or playing xbox..I would fill a bowl with unsalted roasted peanuts in the shell......If i tell you, I think peanuts and almonds and macademia nuts are better than fat burners! rofl...i would eat them like nuts late and nite...and always move the scale south the next morning....strange stuff in them nuts because i would always feel guilty for polishing a bowl off late nite.....I didnt complain!
like mentioned in first post....I took 1 tspn flax oil before bed, one Multi vitamin, one Ester-C 1000mg, and 10g of glutamine in water
I dont need to beat a dead horse, but drink atleast 1 gallon a day of water....you wanna piss out them ketones that are burning like made with fat breakdown.
If you are a soda junkie....go with a Splenda flavored one like Diet Rite or Diet Hanes....so you stay in ketosis
also previously mentioned.....i would possibly leave out creatine if you wanna lose weight....but its an individual issue here...maybe it did make me really strong to move progressively heavier weights each session, that being the upside of using it
