suggestions for cycle?

I am fully aware of the dangers involved in taking AAS. With that said, i have been researching AAS for the past 13 months now, through articles in EF and other boards.
Stats are, 5'8 176lbs 10%BF training for 3 years now(bench is 280). I do plenty of cardio, 35+min ED and my diet is sollid w/ ~140g of protein per day +shakes and bars(~220gED total). I hope to be a SOLID 190lbs 8-9%BF.
Any suggestions for a cycle? I do not want to gain TOO much mass, mainly because of all the bloat and water weight associated with the stress on your body. Any help would be appreciated.

Huh???.....You're saying that you don't wanna gain too much mass, but in order for you to get up to 190lbs at 8% bf you will need almost 20lbs in mass...so is that considered too much?? Plus if you have done the research that you say you have, you will know that water retention is based on sodium intake, therefore if your diet is clean then you don't have to worry about bloat...Also, where did you hear that water is so much extra stress on your body?? Is not the water that's the stress, but rather the cause of the water retention (sodium!!)...Remember water makes up a good 70% of your body so how could water be so damaging....Now with that...you will need to bump protein up while cycling to a good 300-350g in order to reach your goals...Also if you are desiring 20lbs from your first cycle, then you will need some powerful shit...I'm talking needles and liver toxing orals, so the question is, are you really ready for that??? Maybe you are, but the way you posted, I'm not sure if you are sure!!!
 
Any test at 500mg a week

you don't have to take anything fancy. Add some armidex in there to keep the water down'
 
Good points. I dont think that it would be hard for you to put on the 20 lbs of muscle considering this is your first cycle. If your diet is as solid as you say it is then you should get 20 out of a nice 10 weeker. The trick here is bro when you come off how much you will actually keep. I hope that you have also been reading up on proper pct. With all that said. I would try some test at about 400 mg a week along with some deca at 400 mg a week. You might want to frontload some d-bol at around 30 mg a day for the first 4 weeks. Have nolvadex on hand just in case and be ready for a good pct at the end. If you bump the protein to 300 a day and up the calories you should have your 20 lbs.

That's a heavy load for a first timer for if gyno kicks in, he wouldn't know what to do!!!
 
Hey if he has been reading up for as long as he says then he should know about everything including gyno. It didnt take me 13 months to get my Masters degree in Psychology lol. I was just saying a pretty sure fire way to get 20 lbs. I agree for his first time he could cut those doses in half and make gains, but I dont know about 20 lbs.

Ah geez guys, of course i know how about PCT and gyno. Hammer, i came here looking for suggestions on my cycle. Keep the flames to a minimum.

I'm getting some mixed answers here, any one have any clear suggestions. As i stated earlier, i do not want a cycle that will make me 'gain 30 pounds in 4 weeks' because that is mainly water weight. Maybe a 10-12 week w/ test starting out (hesitant on d-bol bc of bloat) then deca/sust startng at wk 3-4 and tapering off with winny. Nolva and HCG are already on their way, i just need the main components of my cycle. Thanks guys, i appreciate all the help.

Not flaming just saying like it is....you have more of a chance of bloating from deca than you do from dbol....depending on dosage...I'm going explain why I said it that way.....To me if someone has done 13 months of research and came the conclusion that he/she wants to gain 20lbs, then I feel that the person should have an idea as to what cycle would be required to at least get them close, but you came asking for a cycle rather than asking to critique the cycle you chose which gave me the inclination that you don't really know or are very unsure....maybe I'm wrong! Now, the reason why don't recommend deca for you first cycle is because if gyno appears, then you wouldn't know if it's from test or deca, so you wouldn't know what to do, however if you had a history and knows how your body responses to test and/or deca then I wouldn't have said what I said....If you stack test with dbol and get gyno then you can fight it with one shot....I feel that those who are thinking of cycling should chose their cycle and ask for it to be critiqued rather than asking for a cycling....for one it shows that you did do research and are aware of the various AAS profiles, also because only you know you...and no one on this boards knows who you are, your training history, your diet, if you are sensitive to deca, test, dbol...if you've had trouble in your past with gyno since puberty and so forth.....just my 3 cents, but what the fuck do I know!
 
for my first cycle within a year is gonna be:
30 mgs d-bol ed
500 test E
nolva on hand and for pct along with clomid and HCG

this is just so i know how my body reacts to the test and what sides i get, so in future cycles i will know what sides i will get from different compounds such as deca.
this should be a good first cycle, imo. just remember diet and training come first. gl bro
 
Thanks for clarifying hammer, my mistake about not first giving out a cycle to critique. Here's what i was thinking:
WK 1-10 Test Enth 500mg/wk split
WK 1-4 DBol 30mg ED
WK 8-15 Winny 50mg
PCT - 2 wk after last shot 40mg ED for 2 weeks then 20mg ED
**Also HCG will be on hand.

If i keep up a strict diet and keep my sodium down, can i minimize bloat and water retention with this cycle? Thanks again guys.

Me thinky that with this cycle you need to study PCT a little more closely. Also, this may appear critical but not intended to be harsh....if you had done any research you should have come up with the fact that your first cycle should not be 15 weeks in length with three types of gear. First cycle should be TEST ONLY! Only way to determine and combat sides. Do you have Arimidex or Aromasin?

Re-read what Hammer wrote....for it is good literature! Keep asking the questions ...it's a good start.

Hm. With little or no sides from winny it doesnt seem too out of the ordinary to add them in, while allowing time off between bdol and winny for the liver to recover. Yes i have armidex, no aromasin. Once again though, i know how to spot the symptoms, and if i react negatively to the gear, then i stop the cycle and diagnose.

Also, guys i KNOW i don't know everything about gear, but give me a break, i'm trying to gain knowledge, not start fights.

Ok bro...this is what I would do with your gear of choice

test wks 1-10 (you can go 12 if desired) 500mg
dbol weeks 1-6 20mg(if russian) 30mg (if others)
arimidex .25mg eod
500iu HCG around week 3-4 to keep testicle size up (I noticed shrinkage around week 6) and 250iu every 4-5 days.
you need milk thistle ed (or any liver detoxer) while on dbol.
I don't feel you need winny in there for your first cycle at your current size for dbol and test should get you up to size and your diet will determine rather it's lean mass or not.
nolva starts 2 weeks after last injection at 40mg ed then drop to 20mg ed for another 2-3 weeks...Ride nolva out as long as needed because gyno can show up 2 months later if you don't...
 
Good info Hammer. Nice to throw in the milk thistle as I was wondering how he planned on helping the ol liver out. and dugie no one is hounding u bro. Just trying to help man. You will do fine. If you have researched that long you are already one step closer man. Just gotta be careful. It is easy to tell you have some knowledge of AAS man. Keep up the reading you can never learn to much.
