suggestions and ideas for next cycle bros

hey bros i am currently running test prop and tren ace and about to finish up this cycle.made very good strength gains and size and diet was shitty.on my next cycle i would like to get a little bit bigger,stronger and try to get cut up more,any ideas or suggestions.38 yo 5ft8 221 lbs bf 16-17%.pinning ed doesnt bother me
 
1 cup oatmeal and boiled eggs for breakfast.workout 7am-8am protein shake after.lunch is 7oz chicken breast(steak or fish) and cup rice or baked potato next meal same thing.next meal is protein shake.dinner is 7 oz lean meat with potato or rice and cup of veggies.protein shake before bed

Thats a crummy diet even tho you're on the right track(sorry)

BTW You need a gram or even 2 grams of Protein (if you're on cycle) for every pound of Body weight.
Alot of your protein should come from,Dairy(Milk,Eggs,Cheese) Meats(steak,fish,turkey,chicken etc) Protein Shake should be used as a supplement, Or you can double this for a meal replacement that is if there is no other way at the moment to get your requirements,just don't make a habit of it.
Another good source of Protein is Needto's Protein bars.


Diet is the Key,not steroids, Remember Food is the most Anabolic compound you can put in your body. I suggest you visit the Diet forums and design a diet that suits your needs.

Double everything above make it 6 meals and add some greens broccoli spinach get some dairy product in there too. Like Radar said go to the diet section and get some ideas. Eat what you like just eat more!!!
 
thanks for the input guys.i was eating what i was instructed to eat but i will definitely look into the diet forums and needtos bars
 
so you want to get bigger (bulk) stronger and cut. so you want to add lean body mass and loos fat correct? of course diet is everything along with the right training. Omega can put together a supurb program together if you check out his project! Love it and you willll achieve your goal.
