Sugar free, Fat free jello IS GOOD I highly recommend it to anyone on a cutting cycle. I cant tell the difference between it and regular jello. 0 fat 0 carbs and 1g of protein!

There's actually a gram of carbs in there. It should say less than one. It's from the glycerine I believe. But one whole packet will have 3-4g of carbs.

And yes, it's a staple for cutting. I dunno what I'd do without it.
