try not to look in the mirror as much, keep yourself covered with lifting and every two weeks look in the mirror, lol, I know thats impossible, but ye, I know what your saying, no matter how big you get and people telling you that you gotten big, you don't really feel that big, even though the scale added 15 -30pds on you.

Like Tombstone said, it's called body dysmorphic disorder. My wife is a psychologist and has a couple of books on it. It is indeed like anorexia and can be as dangerous. She says with counseling it is very treatable (and covered under insurance). I have it about my neck --I have a 19-1/2 inch neck but I think it is way too skinny. She laughs and disaggrees with me, but says if it becomes an obsession, I need to get help. Just our 2 cents.

I feel the same way, but I mostly think its because we see oursleves in the mirror everyday.

When I went to a pool party 2 weeks ago, people were like man you really got in shape etc. I was like really? They are like yeah man what is your routine like blah blah blah.

the term is called muscle dismorphia, I saw a news broadcast that was taped a year or two back. We were studying eating disorders in psychology. The program was about guys that spend hours in the gym and take anabolic steroids to achieve the body they desire.

check this out. My cousin is getting married today, and I went to get the suit on thursday. When I first got measured around five or six weeks ago was my second shot of my cycle. Everyone is teling me how big I got, and it's hard for me to believe it, cause like stated before, its hard cause you look at yourself ed. When I tried the suit on my back wouldn't allow me to fit in the suit. They where calling me frankenstein and herman monster cause it was so tight. Everyone was laughing, and the guy working there said who measured you? Is there another person in the party with your last name, we have never been off this much from a measurement. He also tried the suit on my younger cousin who is also in the wedding saying maybe this is his and got mixed up, and it was too big on him, lol. That made me feel a little better and walked out with a smile. God I love JUICE Just figure I share that, it was funny!!!!
