Typical diet:
breakfast - 2 whole eggs, 4-5 egg whites (scrambled), 1/4 cup steel cut oats dry
meal 2 - chicken breast, sweet potato
lunch - chicken, rice, veges (stir fry type dish with little to no sauce)
meal 4 - tuna, veges, raw pumpkin and sunflower seeds
meal 5 - protein smoothie (the kind they sell at gyms; a low cal one)
post workout - 50 grams dextrose, 50 grams protein, 10 grams glutamine
night - usually cottage cheese (~40 grams of protein worth)
