sub 7% pics

Sorry guys, it's too hard to do quad, back, glute, or calf shots with just me and a camera phone. Hopefully I can get some good quality pics done soon. I said I'd post some pics soon so here they are. Now you all know that I'm not just talking shit :p

I'm not plat so I can't see the pics that well, but from your upper body shots you look leaner than 7%. Unless you hold fat like I do in your lower body.

Nice job but not quite 7%. Not dogging you at all though bro, you look great and with a little more dieting you'll get to sub 7%. i'd say right now you're at sub 10% though for sure - probably 9%. I'm at about 10% legit in my avatar and I don't think you've got me by 3%. Great job though and hit the tanning bed!
 
Lookin real good Krishna. Good to see a few other 'skinny' guys on the board! The only things I see that you really need to work on are the lat width/thickness and chest. My chest use to look quite a bit like yours until I started doing upper chest routines as my primary, while throwing in only one movement for the flat. You look great bro, keep up the good work, and keep reppin' us skinny guys!!

bro, you think 6%? You're crazy. His shopulders and seratus would be popping like crazy at 6 and he's have a more "shrink wrapped" look. I'm not dissing him, sub 10 is low and most that claim that % are closer to 13-14%. 6% is extremely low as a maintainable bf%.
 
I don't agree that you will necessarily be ripped to the bone if your bodyfat is that low. The thinkness of your skin and water retention play a role in that

what do your lifts look like at that size..looking at your pics im thinking im around 8-9%.. im gettin readings on skin fold calipers around 7.5,7.8,7.4 the 3 times ive done it.. just wondering what kind of strength you got in ya at that size

People hold fat in different areas, not everyone's the same.

Screw the numbers, who cares! You're lean as hell and have some ab veins going on, props for the hard work and dedication to diet down bro... for real.

Personally I'd say you're sitting right around 7-8% krish. In most of my pics in my sig I'm 6%, maybe a little less. You look ALOT like I do when I lose alot of weight. Again, lookin' good and keep strong!

Damn, I hate young people. Just wait till you cross 40. Better stay lean for the next 15 years otherwise the amount of work to drop 5-10% BF is ridiculous (I'm talking diet and cardio of course)

i dont know if anyone here doudted you, it is what it is. you have a great body. realy you do. good work. i am also lookin to become the biggest skinny bastard. and its nice to see others close to your oun body type.
 
Like I said, I'm a trainer at a gym that uses skinfold calipers. I've been getting tested 2x a week for the past 1-2 months and my last reading was 6.96. The pics are pretty shitty, and they don't justify my vascularity. I'll try to get some better ones soon. I'm not worried about you doubters. The smart bros already agree that I'm around 7%. I'm sure I'd be different with the water test or the bodpod, but with the calipers, I'm about 7.....end of story!
 
try some melatonin and hop in a tanning bed 2x a week and you would be golden
 
Who the fck cares if he is 6% or 15%?!?! It takes balls to post pics, period. You got to give someone credit when they at least do that. Ronnie Coleman himself could post his pics on here and there would people putting him down too.

It is?! Wow, I guess you don't read too many posts. I've seen people post shit like "If Arnold trained bodyparts once a week, he would have looked better" My reply "How many Olympias have you won?!" And you should go on boards where pro's actually post. You'll see 18 year old 150lb snots telling them what they need to work on. I remember when Dante (the creater of DC training), first posted pics on Animals board at around 290lbs, he had people telling him how small he looked and he must not be really 290,more like 250.

My point is, people like to tear others down on message boards. It took guts for Krish to post his pics. Instead of people saying good work, it became more of a debate and flame thread.

You are right at 7%. Look to be on the "flat" side right now (intacellularly) and maybe a slight bit of water weight (extracellular). Definately 7% though....through the top half of the body.

You can be lean at 6-7% while holding a slight amount of water and also usually at the same time that your muscles are depleted making you look flat.

Other factors.....no tan:)

and, lighting of the picture and quality of the picture. This has a huge impact.

This can be easily corrected by increasing carbs for a day with r-ALA and a natual diuretic like Dandelion root. Actually, I sometimes look dryer the day or two after. Get a little tan and change the lighting. Have to keep the vascularity up while staying dry is the key. Maintaining insulin low so as to not increase water retention while having enough to shuttle carbs into the muscles for vascularity.....try increasing potassium.

Actually, i read through the posts and didn't see one person putting him down. Every post said he looked great and lean. When you post up a pic of yourself on a muscle board, you are doing 2 things. 1) Showing your accomplishment and 2) asking for feedback. If someone says, hey nice leanness but hit the tanning bed - that's not dogging him out, that's giving him advice. The difference with Coleman would be what advice are you going to give probably the greatest bodybuilder of his generation? We'd all look silly telling him to do this or that.

I had a company test me. They used calipers first and I was 11%. When they dunked me I came back at 15% or so.
The guy told me the lowest he ever saw was 4% on a 140 endurance athlete.
He said he had some bber's in show condition come in as low as 10% a few times.
I thought that was odd. He reminded me calipers don't measure fat around the organs etc.

Krishna is looking lean as hell though.
He motivated me to start cardio yesterday!
 
I feel like a fat slob after going through everyones pictures!
I am going to get lean. I will probably need to drop 30lbs to get anyplace close to what Krishna and Khemix look like.

Good post bro! I was definitely feeling a little flat the other afternoon when I posted these. I want to do all of what you mentioned and take some good pics with a digi.

Thanks for all the replys fellas. Right now I can't tan because I'm in the process of getting an old tattoo lasered off on my back and they said not to tan while it's healing.
 
In no way am I hating.........trust me, you are like me....good and lean but need some mass....HOWEVER, i will say this, you are not 7%.....possibly hovering around 9ish.....but damn good none the less...keep it up!

AGREED! Screw the numbers........but 99% have no concept of the term bf %.....more than 99% underguestimate......9-10% is ideal, when you get below 6%, it's a utter nightmare....str8 from the horses mouth....the quivers, the tremors, the amount of energy it takes to climb a flight of stairs.....I remember once, no joke, last summer when I was at my all time lowest, I stepped out of my car, walked into starbucks (granted it was early and no meals) and hit the deck.....its a nightmare...my goal right now 20%!

10 years ago he would have been flamed to hell and back on some of these boards with people saying he does not even work out. And BIG BRO's claiming "I never want to be that small/skinny/lean"

Times have changed, looks like the "big guy with big gut" is out of fashion for summer 2007.

You should go to bbing.com and other boards where pros post. They actually do stuff like that. I remember one guy telling Lee Priest about how small his chest was and if he works that part out at all.
 
Just thought I'd add that some of the stuff I was using on my last cycle was IP gear. The haters can talk shit all they want but the stuff works......PERIOD!

To me he is too skinny, but if the lean, low b/f look is what he likes then he's done well.

Anybody can be big with a high bf%. I applaud those who can lean down more than the blobs with no real definition. I was 220 at 12% bf. People thought I was pretty big, but I felt bloated and my gut sticked out.

looking lean and mean,,,,whats your diet like?
 
Typical diet:
breakfast - 2 whole eggs, 4-5 egg whites (scrambled), 1/4 cup steel cut oats dry
meal 2 - chicken breast, sweet potato
lunch - chicken, rice, veges (stir fry type dish with little to no sauce)
meal 4 - tuna, veges, raw pumpkin and sunflower seeds
meal 5 - protein smoothie (the kind they sell at gyms; a low cal one)
post workout - 50 grams dextrose, 50 grams protein, 10 grams glutamine
night - usually cottage cheese (~40 grams of protein worth)

wow krish. look awesome. your arms are really jacked up. nice pipes my man. fuckin A for sure 6-7 percent. i tested 6.5 hydro and i didn't look as cut in the mid section as krish though i was a bit more shredded in other areas. hydro is plus or minus lik 2 so i could have been 8.5 or 4.5, i'm sure close to 8.5. i certainly think he is below. great work krish, can't wait to do my primo cycle.

Good job. Thats the look that most girls like. But personally, I would rather be bigger than worrying about being that lean.

Primo is on the table for my next cycle too. Prolly about 1 1/2 months. How bout you? What else you gonna take with it? Eq and var maybe?

Agreed... most people who say they don't like the lean look just can't get lean so they make them self feel better by saying "Its easy to have low bf when you skinny" :rolleyes:
