A very nice co worker of mine just got a trainer. It is worrying me though, because she has her doing like 60-100 reps of everything (they did upper and lower body ) with light weights!!!!
She told me the trainer said that was the optimum way to "cut and have muscle definition"
um, what a crock!!
I told my friend to at least have the trainer teach her all different exercises for each body part, then ditch her and do 3 heavy sets of 8 reps instead.....
I told her the right thing...right??
