Stuck w/ mail notification

I know this is way off topic, but coming from a female, I thought I could post this here.

I've been trying to get rid of my e-mail notification from Edit profile. Each time I update I receive this message

"ADMINISTRATOR: You MUST revert your modifyoptions template."

I'm afraid to post any more responses to threads b/c I get flooded w/ mail. I suppose I can always change my e-mail addy to [email protected], that might solve my problem before I get kicked out of the board permenantly

any help would be nice. thanks

email george or chrisef (they are the administrators and the only ones that can fix this (or try [email protected], but cc george and/or chris...)

until then i'd probably create a yahoo email address or something to collect the email and change it to that as a temporary fix...
