Stuck between a rock here....Advice

I posted yesterday about swelling up from the winny, the swelling has gone down, now heres the "rock" my mother is a nurse for 30 years and i told her that it was a mosquito bite and she didnt seem to concerned, she jut put cordizone on i and said i'll live, If it is an abcess i just happen to be on zithromax(antiobiotics) for a chest infection, do you think i still should see a doc? the swelling def went down and i will drink it for the duration of my cycle..I think my mother kinda knows because i have lost over 70 lbs in the past 2 years and now the winny and eq is kickin my ass. Fuck it i dont care really im an American!(lol) Should i see a doc? Help me here fellas, im gettin bad anxiety over this shit and i cant sleep.
