Stretch Marks

New member
I am extremely prone to stretch marks, I got ones one my chest/shoulders when getting extremely muscular, and then got them on my belly and lovehandles when I hit my depression stage and gained 50 pounds of fat. My question is, now that I am back on track to getting into shape, will the affected areas, mainly my belly regain its "tighteness" and get firm and flat again or will they always stay somewhat flabby?

I am a 26 yr old male.

WELL .... of course it will tighten back up, i gained 50 pounds through a pregnancy!! and my tummy is back to being smooth and tight, i just rubbed oil into my stomach daily ( Organic flax seed oil), after showers or at night before bed i rub my stomach and thighs and breasts (all the areas hit hard by pregnancy) believe me, the changes life can do to our body although its not to say your "prone" to stretch marks. You might want to look into getting your Zinc levels checked. Zinc will improve your skins elasticity.

Get some creams with Vitamin E.

I also have them on my front delts and armpits . I didnt know about this back then so these developped in my first cycle. I didn't realise it until i hit the gym with sleeveless .
In my next cycle (less than a week), I will use vitamin E oil often and will let you guys know the results

Vitamin E oil will definitely help with the appearance but it wont stop your skin from getting stretch marks, to allow your skin to have extra elasticity you need to nourish it on a cellular level by drinking more fluid, eating more zinc and of course eating essential fatty acids- Vitamin E.. there is also a supplement out there called silica, it is great for the skin too, most cases of stretch marks these days is because our diet is so low in ZINC, its a mineral that is usually depleted from our soil from modern farming techniques, and obviously all our food comes from supermarkets, not from our own back yard so all in all we as a general population are nutrient deficient. multivitamins also contain copper in them which blocks zinc absorption in the gut. So taking zinc has to be done at night time and it has to be taken by itself with vitamin C (alot like Iron)

Thanks
Actually I was getting up to 150 mg zinc a day during my cycle but looks like it still happened. Unfortunately , I didn't realize the importance of hydration much that time.

I will apply what you said.

OK guys im doing a little test on my self. I will be using coco butter the stereotypical solution to most for stretch marks as well as a lotion for women potion delivery to get rid of there stretch marks.

Here are pics of the bottles:
