Mood/Feeling:

Felt good today, started doing a little cardio because I was feeling a need for it. Started my HCG due to finally getting my Bac Water in the mail, so mixed my 5000iu into 10ml of Bac Water and put into clean sterile vial, shot 250iu into skin fold in abs, and put rest in the fridge. I will hit another 250iu on Sunday and then administer 250iu HCG Sundays & Wednesdays. Had to make a calendar to remind me when to take what on which day and how much...don't want to forget anything. Tomorrow is back, so check in tomorrow.

Felt tired today, but pushed through my workout at 4:30 am...it is Friday and I will be On-Call for the weekend for work...need the money! Trying to take care of my wife, poor thing is so sick, so took my daughter to school this morning and let the wife rest. I also ordered my mid-cycle blood test today so will get that done Monday if they are open...being a holiday. I will have a couple shots of HCG in me so very interested in what the test is going to look like...didn't want to go through my doctor and alarm him. SO the weekend is here and I will be taking tomorrow off from the gym and hanging out with the family.

Mood/Feeling:

Feeling like I needed a day off to sleep in...but that didn't go as planned. The damn pager kept me up most of the night with issues with our SCADA system (this computer monitors all of our water tank sites and pump stations), and then ended up having to go into work at 5 am to deal with pump issues. The rest of the day was nice, just hung out around the house, my daughters little boyfriend (it really is cute) came over for the day, we went to the high school football field and played football, and enjoyed the day chilling with the kids and wife!!!

My legs were shaking so bad, and my lower back was so pumped when I stepped into the squat rack lol, I am so surprised I made it through them. My training partner had to bail to work after One Legged Leg Presses, so he missed some fun stuff...and he is wondering why he isn't gaining any size.

Mood/Feeling:

Killed legs this morning...we literally performed 300 reps before we even hit Seated Squats, so total reps for the workout was 505 reps (Holy you know what!!!) I just realized it...then I pinned my right quad after training with 2.5cc of Test Cyp & EQ mixed...I am a glutton for punishment lol. My quads are already getting that tight feeling, so tomorrow will be fun walking around!

I feel great and tired, I want to get things done around the house, but actually want to eat and chill...but it is such a nice day out and I need to get my little girl outside.

Tomorrow is chest/calves, so I will check back in tomorrow.

Alright, I just left the lab from having my blood drawn for my mid-cycle bloods done, had them done by privatemdlabs.com so I don't alarm my doctor when the results come back lol! Hopefully I will have the results in the next couple of days and I will post them up here. I will be updating my log for the past couple of days when I get home tonight, I had a couple of solid training days and feeling really fucking good! Legs are very sore from Monday's workout...that was to be expected, blasted them pretty good as you can see above.

I want to be back up to repping 315 on decline & flat bench press, but feels like that is right around the corner. Didn't have a chance to hit calves today, but will make them up this week. Just have to get through 4 days of work and I will be on a mini vacation for Thanksgiving holiday...much needed break to be with the family.
