They call that a fairy slap, we do it with the rist bone and there is a nerve right in the side of your neck there that when hit hard enough will knock you out. You body fuction takes a while to come back that's why the dude couldn't walk for a while. The same thing happens when you get hit in the liver jus right, that's how you see boxers ussually get KO'd by a body blow.

That would be fkd up if he got in trouble for that; but the way the legal system is, who knows. If they say he had the opportunity to escape the situation, but didn't, he would be in some doo-doo. Especially if the pimp claimed he suffered terribly because of this and managed to get a little sympathy. Also, I think pimps hands were down, eliminating the opportunity to say that he was attacked or was about to be, and was afraid.
If he's a black belt he might be in trouble. I saw a case a long time ago about a martial artist that worked as a Ninja Turtle at the mall, and was taunted and harassed after talking to a girl that some other guy liked. He turned around and kicked the guy, who fell, hit his head, and (I think) died. The prosecution made him look pretty bad, just for defending himself. The system is haywire.

if he verbally threatened him that would help.. and he never advanced towards him just stood his ground until the guy got close.
it seems lame but it could help you out to tell the guy to stop back off get away and tell him what you will do if he doesnt leave you alone..after the fact it will make it look like you kept your cool and knew what you were doing while the other guy was just raging and out of control.
