reminds me of what happened with lipokinetix years back, except that shit was bad ass. The usnic acid was causing liver problems/liver failure.

I fucking god. 50000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 hydroxy cuts sold and 3-4 people clam it was that that gave them problems. The product has been around for almost a decade and this is the best they can come up with.

oh yea def. thats usually the case. They come out about lieing and tell how they were mega dosing but that always comes out after the product is banned and they get millions of dollars cuz they have the FDA on their side for the lawsuit. if i was the judge i'd throw it out of court for being a frivolous lawsuit
