Stop Bitching About BIG BLAST!!!

tropical orange tastes damn good.

but i like to buy protein at less than $100 for 10lbs.

Understandable. But you can keep some BIG BLAST for post workout. Splurge for the extra pennies! : )

Synpax: not sure what you mean by quality of components. PF's quality is top notch.

I can vouch for the quality of the PF proteins, it's good stuff or I wouldnt spend my money on it, especially in these times. I like the tropical orange flavor myself, however I dont like the banana...tried it yesterday in advanced muscle builder but it's got some good stuff in it so I'll drink anyway :)

Never actually tried the banana. I'm hooked on the tropical orange and double chocolate. Try adding a real banana -- that helps most banana flavored drinks.

well since super p protein is written after CFM, we can surely say it is not the main protein ingredient. I would like to know how many grams of SPP ar there in one serving???

Thanks

I just wish it was lower on sodium and didnt have so much fillers in it. 20G of sugar is unacceptable for me.

It's not really much higher in sodium. That comes from the whole egg.

And the sugar isn't that bad -- about as much as a couple of sips of soda. Come on! That ain't gonna kill ya. And it's needed to shuttle the protein into the bloodstream faster. And it beats the taste of aspartame or Splenda. When that's the sole sweetener, it taste like ass. I can't deal with that.

The SPP is 10% of the protein complex. Any more would affect taste ...and make it MORE expensive.

Sorry, I meant quantity. How much of the different protein types are in it?

im telling you guys all science crap aside big blast is a damn good shake. i have used them all. the cheap ones to the rediculously over priced ones. nothing even comes close when used as a post w/o or a first meal.

That's the thing -- you can read every study of every conclusion all day long and in the end, it's the guys who've been at this a while who just know what's working and what isn't. That's why so many of the "book smart" steroid experts know all the science but can't put together a good cycle! LOL.

Synpax; BIG BLAST is mainly (75%) cross flow microfiltered whey isolate which is the highest form of protein used in the best commercial products. (And in most cases, they just throw enough in there to show it on the label). CFM is also the best tasting -- light, with a delicate mouth feel and smooth milky taste. It's also the highest in BCAA's. The SPP and whole egg work as "spikes" along with the aminogen and enzymes which makes it all that much more absorbable. But again, where other companies throw in one or two percent, we use a full 10% SPP . It makes a big difference.
